John did a lot of work for me when I bought and remodeled a beach house in 2005. Then he remodeled a couple of rental units for me in Galveston in 2006. But he really saved me after Hurricane Ike! Of my 7 rental units in Galveston, 4 of them were on the first floor and all flooded during Ike. I got back on the Island in late September to assess the damage and immediately called John to see if he could help me get all the units back in order. He started working on the first one in October and knocked them out, one by one, so I could get the tenants back in or new tenants in as soon as possible. I had a demolition crew gut 3 of the units from about 3 feet down and John came in and redid everything from floors to sheetrock and painting to cabinets and countertops to toilets and appliances. He worked 7 days a week for 3 months on my properties, rarely taking a day off, and drove down to the Island from Spring every day! I can trust him to get the jobs done, and at a fair price.
